Best AI SEO & AEO Agencies for Logistics and Supply Chain in Singapore (2026)
Share

A shipper asks ChatGPT for a freight forwarder that handles a specific lane and reads three names. A forwarder asks Gemini which software handles customs filing and rate management and gets a shortlist before anyone opens a vendor website. If your company is missing from those answers, the buyer never reaches your quote form. Few Singapore agencies can show published logistics work in search, so this list checks what each one has put on its own site.

Short answer

AEO (answer engine optimisation) and GEO (generative engine optimisation) both mean getting a company named and cited in answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Our pick for AI SEO and AEO for logistics companies in Singapore is Novastacks, which publishes AI answer results for a named freight forwarding software client. After Novastacks, the agencies with the strongest published logistics evidence are BThrust (a freight forwarder SEO case study), Brew Interactive (a Swire Shipping SEO case study) and Stridec (a logistics guide and published GEO pricing).

Key Takeaways

  • Ten agencies with AI search services and a Singapore presence were compared on five criteria, using only their own pages, checked in October 2026.
  • Three agencies publish a logistics case study on their own site: Novastacks (GoFreight, freight forwarding software), BThrust (PAL Line, freight forwarding) and Brew Interactive (Swire Shipping).
  • Only the GoFreight case reports AI answer results: 5th to 1st of 8 tracked vendors in AI buying answers.
  • Four agencies publish prices for search work: Stridec (GEO from S$2,500 a month), Canlah AI (from $1,500 a month), Hashmeta (retainers from US$1,500 a month) and Brew Interactive (a four month SEO package at $10,000).

1. What is AI SEO and AEO for logistics?

AI SEO is the work of getting your company named, and your pages cited, when buyers ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Copilot which freight forwarder, 3PL or logistics software to consider. It builds on SEO. Google rankings still matter, because AI assistants pull many of their sources from pages that already rank well.

You will also see it called AEO (answer engine optimisation) or GEO (generative engine optimisation). Agencies use different names for the same work, so this page uses each agency's own term.

How is AI SEO and AEO measured for logistics?

Three measures cover most of what a buyer needs to know. Ask any agency to report all three, for each AI assistant, every month.

MeasureWhat it shows
1. AI Visibility RateHow often an AI assistant names your company in its answer, across the buyer questions you track. Example, for illustration only: if ChatGPT names your company in 7 of 20 tracked questions such as "which freight forwarder handles sea freight from Singapore to Jakarta", your AI Visibility Rate on ChatGPT is 35%.
2. AI Citation RateHow often the answer links to, or quotes, a page on your website as a source. An assistant can quote your lane page and still name a competitor, so track both measures side by side.
3. AI performance in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster ToolsGoogle Search Console has a Generative AI performance report with impressions from AI Overviews and AI Mode. Bing Webmaster Tools shows the queries where Copilot and Bing AI answers used your pages. Both are free and come from the search engines themselves. Read them for your lane, service and product pages.

AI answers change from one run to the next, so each question should be checked several times and reported as a range.

Logistics buyers search with precision. A shipper looks for a forwarder on a specific lane, with a specific mode, certification or commodity in mind. A forwarder evaluating software asks about customs filing, rate management or tracking for its exact operation. A page about "end to end logistics solutions" answers none of those questions, so it rarely earns the ranking or the AI answer. Hashmeta's benchmark of thirteen Singapore logistics brands (see its entry below) found eleven scoring Low on AI visibility, which leaves room for any company that states its services clearly.

The questions logistics buyers put to AI assistants

Each buyer type asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews different questions, and each question needs its own page.

BuyerWhat they askThe page that answers it
Shipper choosing a freight forwarderThe best forwarder on a named lane, for a mode, commodity or certificationLane, mode and service pages with coverage and certifications stated plainly

Quotes, trade lanes and compliance documents

Quote and RFQ journeys. A forwarder's quote form is where search turns into revenue. Pages that lead to it should state the lanes, modes and commodities covered, so an assistant can match a buyer's request to your service and the buyer arrives at the form with the right expectations.

Trade lanes. One general services page loses lane searches to competitors and directories. Separate pages for the lanes and modes you actually run give assistants a specific source to quote when a shipper names a route.

Compliance documents and certifications. Buyers ask about compliance before they shortlist. Certifications, coverage and the compliance answers your sales team gives on calls belong on the site in plain text, where search engines and AI assistants can read them.

Glossaries and site history. Glossaries, port guides and trade term explainers can bring large traffic from readers who will never buy, while buyer pages stay thin. Rebuilds and mergers add risk: in the GoFreight engagement, Novastacks mapped legacy URLs through three migrations so the search history of older pages carried into the new structure.

What a logistics agency has to handle

  • Buyer segments drawn from CRM notes and sales calls, with pages matched to each segment's questions.
  • Lane, mode, service, product and comparison pages, plus structured data that states what the company does.
  • Redirect mapping and checks before each launch when a rebuild or merger is planned.
  • Mentions on industry publications, review platforms and directories that assistants check before they recommend a provider.
  • A fixed set of buyer questions run in each AI assistant, with the companies named in each answer recorded and reported over time.

2. The best AI SEO & AEO agencies for logistics in Singapore: at a glance

How these agencies were chosen and ordered

Every agency on the list offers AI search services and has a Singapore presence. Each fact comes from a quote on the agency's own website, checked in October 2026 with a neutral research crawler. Pages that blocked the crawler were skipped, and agencies whose sites could not be read were left off the list.

We looked at the same five things for every agency:

  1. Logistics evidence. An SEO or AI search case study for a named logistics company is the strongest. Logistics content, a logistics benchmark or work for a logistics company outside search comes next.
  2. AI search capability (AEO, answer engine optimisation, and GEO, generative engine optimisation). Whether the agency documents an AI search method, measurement or pricing, or only names AI search as a service.
  3. Singapore presence. Whether a Singapore office address is published, or Singapore is stated as the base or market.
  4. Transparency of method and pricing. Whether prices and a method or measurement protocol are published.
  5. Evidence quality. Whether results are reported for a named client, with figures and a time period.

How the order was set: Novastacks is first because this is our list and our pick, and we say so plainly. The other nine are ordered by the strength of their published logistics evidence, then their AI search capability, then the quality of their evidence. In practice, a named logistics case study with search results comes first; logistics content, a logistics benchmark or logistics work outside search comes next; no logistics evidence comes last. Within a level, an agency that documents an AI search method, measurement or price comes before one that only names the service. If two agencies are still level, a result with figures and a time period comes before figures without a period, a result of the agency's own work comes before data it publishes about other brands, and any figures come before none; after that, alphabetical order decides. That places BThrust (60% within three months) ahead of Brew Interactive (no period), Stridec (its AeroChat test) ahead of Hashmeta (its benchmark) and Canlah AI (no results), Canlah AI ahead of Verz Design on alphabetical order, and OOm (a named client result outside logistics) and Impossible Marketing (a documented AI search method) ahead of MediaOne (AI search named as a service only). The evidence type column in the table above shows what each placement rests on.

All 10 agencies

Each entry covers what the agency does, its logistics evidence, who it fits, its pricing and one limitation. Quotes are taken from the agency's own pages and linked to them.

1Novastacks Operator-led. Agent-powered.

Novastacks homepage
Novastacks homepage. Visit site →

Best for: Logistics software companies, forwarders and 3PLs that want the buyer questions they care about tracked in AI answers and connected to the pages being built.

What's distinctive: SEO and AEO run as one programme on a published method. Senior marketing operators direct Novastacks AI Search OS, the proprietary agentic system Novastacks built for AI search, so one team brings senior judgment and execution at scale. Founder Tina Chu spent 18+ years leading growth at Tencent, Expedia, Klook, Traveloka and Cabital; Head of AEO Eki Riandra is a Google Product Expert.

Engagement model: a senior engagement lead sets priorities, checks the work and is accountable for it. Each programme is configured per market and per language, in English and Chinese, with its own set of buyer questions.

Logistics evidence: the GoFreight case study covers a freight forwarding software company whose content addressed a broad supply chain audience while its ideal customers, freight forwarders, found few pages written for them. Novastacks mined CRM and sales call data, rebuilt the content around four buyer segments and protected search history through three site migrations. Results on the case page: GoFreight moved from 5th to 1st of 8 tracked vendors in AI buying answers; Google clicks grew 241% from the low point when the engagement began; monthly visits referred by AI assistants grew 632%; average Google ranking position moved from 19 to 8; and the share of tracked ChatGPT answers naming GoFreight rose from 6% to 35%, across 28 prompts that do not name the brand. Asked for "the best freight forwarding software for mid-market companies", Google AI Mode lists GoFreight first. The service scope for forwarders, 3PLs and logistics software is set out on the logistics and supply chain AEO, GEO and SEO services in Singapore page.

"Novastacks brings a corporate strategy view to search. They plan SEO and GEO as part of our whole acquisition strategy, and execution lands within a day or two."

Trenton Chen, CEO, GoFreight

Watch outs: we do not publish prices; you get a quote after the free audit. The one published logistics case study is a software vendor; there is no published case for a forwarder or a 3PL yet.

Brew Interactive homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do: Brew Interactive sits at 111 North Bridge Road, #08-11, Singapore 179098, and claims "17+ years in the industry" and "500+ clients served" (homepage). It offers "SEO, GEO, and AI search optimisation, built for how buyers discover brands today".

4Stridec: Google AI Overviews at a published price

Stridec homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do: Stridec describes itself as an "SEO Agency in Singapore Since 2001" and says "We do one thing: AI Overview optimisation" (about page). The same page reports "343% impression growth, 127% click growth" for its own method tested on AeroChat. Its address lists Singapore 338729.

Logistics evidence: a logistics SEO guide defines the work as "building organic visibility on Google and Bing for SG freight forwarders", and a supply chain SaaS article opens with "Your supply chain SaaS gets buried." No named logistics client was found.

Best for: Singapore forwarders, 3PLs and supply chain SaaS brands that want lane and procedure content built for Google AI Overviews, at a published price.

Pricing: published: "Done-for-you GEO from S$2,500 a month." (see section 3).

Limitation: the logistics page is guidance. There is no logistics case study, so the only results evidence is the AeroChat test.

5Hashmeta: a Singapore logistics AI visibility benchmark

Hashmeta homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do: Hashmeta says "Our teams combine SEO, GEO and AEO for search" (homepage). Its AI unit lists Hashmeta AI Pte Ltd at 30A Kallang Place, Singapore 339213.

Logistics evidence: a logistics SEO guide and a Singapore logistics AI visibility benchmark covering "Thirteen Singapore ports, shipping lines, last-mile carriers and freight-forwarding brands". The benchmark reports: "Ninja Van tops the table at 55 and is still only 'Medium'. Eleven of the thirteen score 'Low'." It is one of "70+ benchmarks covering 1,400+ brands."

Best for: logistics brands that want an AI visibility view against named Singapore competitors before scoping a programme.

Pricing: its pricing page lists managed SEO, AEO and GEO retainers at US$1,500, US$5,000 or US$10,000 a month, with a 12 month minimum (see section 3).

Limitation: no named logistics client or case study on the pages checked. Its Reeman Robotics case is for a warehouse robot maker, a company that supplies the logistics industry. The evidence is a guide and a benchmark Hashmeta runs itself.

6Canlah AI: ChatGPT question tracking at a published price

Canlah AI homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do: Canlah AI calls itself an "AI Search Visibility Agency in Singapore" (homepage). It sells GEO as a done for you service, priced per AI platform, and its logistics comparison describes measuring 4 buyer questions on ChatGPT on the Starter plan and 8 on Growth.

Pricing: published: Starter from $1,500 a month, Growth from $3,000 a month (see section 3).

Verz Design homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

Logistics evidence: the nearest case is Million Parcel, "an award-winning e-commerce packaging supplier" whose products protect goods "during shipping and fulfillment". The case reports "an impressive 231% growth in overall revenue for the brand", driven by Google Ads and social ads. It is a paid media case for a packaging supplier, so it does not count as logistics search evidence.

Best for: logistics adjacent SMEs that want a large, established Singapore agency covering SEO, GEO and paid media.

Limitation: its nearest logistics case is a paid media result for a packaging supplier.

9Impossible Marketing: high volume GEO with grant support

Pricing: not found on its homepage or contact page.

3. How much does AI SEO & AEO cost for logistics in Singapore?

Four of the ten agencies publish prices for search work on their own sites:

  • Stridec: "Done-for-you GEO from S$2,500 a month." (Stridec homepage).
  • Canlah AI: "Starter from $1,500 a month, Growth from $3,000 a month" (Canlah AI pricing page).
  • Hashmeta: "Our managed SEO, AEO and GEO retainers cost US$1,500, US$5,000 or US$10,000 a month", on a minimum term of 12 months (source linked in the Hashmeta entry).
  • Brew Interactive: an EDGE grant SEO package of 4 months at "Price $10,000", with a $5,000 subsidy for eligible SMEs (source linked in the Brew Interactive entry).

Novastacks quotes on request. No price was found on the pages checked for BThrust, Verz Design, OOm or MediaOne. Impossible Marketing's homepage FAQ gives general Singapore cost ranges (SEO from $1,500 a month for SMEs; $3,000+ for finance or legal) and does not state its own package price (source linked in the Impossible Marketing entry). For a logistics company, the scope usually depends on the number of services, lanes and markets, the buyer segments to cover, how much content needs producing, and whether a migration is planned.

4. How to choose an AI SEO & AEO agency for logistics

Use this checklist on any shortlist, this one included.

Factors to consider

  1. A logistics case on the agency's own site. Three agencies here have one. Check whether the client is a forwarder, a carrier, a 3PL or a software vendor, and whether that matches your business.
  2. AI answer results, separate from traffic. Traffic growth shows SEO work. Ask for the share of tracked AI answers that name the client, per assistant, and how many buyer questions were tracked.
  3. Your buyer questions in the proposal. A good proposal lists the lane, mode, service and software questions it will track for you before any work starts.
  4. A migration plan. If a rebuild is coming, ask how legacy URLs will be mapped and who checks each launch.
  5. Published prices or a clear scope method. Four agencies here publish prices for search work. The rest should explain what sets the scope.

What to ask in the first call

  • Which logistics buyer questions would you track for us, and in which AI assistants?
  • How do you use our sales calls and CRM notes?
  • Which of our pages would you build first, and why those?
  • What did you change for your last logistics client, and what moved as a result?
  • How do you report AI answer results, and how often?

Red flags when vetting an agency

Treat the agency with caution when:

  • It promises a ranking or an AI recommendation by a fixed date.
  • It reports traffic only, with no share of tracked AI answers per assistant.
  • It has no logistics case and cannot list the lane, mode and compliance questions it would track for you.
  • A rebuild or merger is planned and it has no plan for mapping legacy URLs.

5. Free tools to check any agency's work

Do not take any agency's word for its AI search results. Run your own brand, or the clients an agency names, through these tools before you sign. Each one is a single report from the day it is run, with no monitoring, alerts or scheduled reruns.

  • Free AEO checker: an instant score out of 100 for your homepage in under 60 seconds, with no email needed. It covers AI crawler access, llms.txt, schema, page structure and citation quality.
  • Free AI visibility tracker: 30 to 50 buyer prompts for your market tested on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overview, with the report delivered in 48 hours.
  • Free AEO audit: a check of whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews recommend your brand, with the report emailed in 48 hours.

6. FAQ

What's the difference between AI SEO, AEO, GEO and AIO?

They overlap almost completely. AI SEO is the broad term most buyers search for. AEO (answer engine optimisation) means being the answer an AI assistant gives, GEO (generative engine optimisation) is the same idea named after generative AI, and AIO usually means optimising for Google's AI Overviews only. For a logistics company, the label matters less than whether the agency reports results for each AI assistant.

Does a logistics company need an AEO tool, an agency or both?

Most logistics companies need both, at different stages. A tool shows whether ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI Overviews name your company today. An agency builds the lane, service and comparison pages, structured data and mentions those answers draw on. Start with a one time check from the free AEO checker or the free AI visibility tracker and bring in an agency once the gaps call for pages and mentions to be built.

Which Singapore agencies handle SEO and AEO for logistics companies?

Ten agencies with AI search services in Singapore are compared on this page. Three publish a logistics case study on their own site: Novastacks (GoFreight, freight forwarding software), BThrust (PAL Line, shipping and freight forwarding) and Brew Interactive (Swire Shipping). Stridec and Hashmeta publish logistics guides without a named logistics client, and Canlah AI publishes a logistics comparison that ranks itself first.

How is AI SEO for logistics different from generic SEO?

Logistics buyers ask precise questions, so the work centres on pages for each lane, mode, service and buyer segment. A shipper names a route and a certification. A forwarder buying software asks about customs filing, rate management and tracking. AI assistants name the companies whose services, coverage and proof are stated plainly on their own site and confirmed by other sources.

Can an agency guarantee ChatGPT will recommend a freight forwarder?

No agency can guarantee it, because ChatGPT and other assistants choose their own sources and their answers vary between runs. An agency can make a forwarder easier to recommend with clear lane and service pages, structured data and mentions on sources the assistants check. Ask for tracked buyer questions per assistant, reported over time, and treat a guaranteed placement as a warning sign.

How much does an AI SEO or GEO agency in Singapore charge a logistics company?

Four agencies on this list publish prices for search work. Stridec offers GEO from S$2,500 a month, Canlah AI lists Starter from $1,500 a month, Hashmeta lists retainers from US$1,500 a month, and Brew Interactive lists a four month SEO package at $10,000. Impossible Marketing gives general Singapore cost ranges and does not state its own package price. Novastacks quotes by scope, which depends on services, lanes, markets, buyer segments and any planned migration.

Do I need an agency that specialises in logistics?

You need an agency that can show logistics buyer questions in its plan, and a logistics case study is the clearest sign of that. Three agencies here publish one: Novastacks (GoFreight), BThrust (PAL Line) and Brew Interactive (Swire Shipping). If an agency has no logistics case, ask it to list the lane, mode and compliance questions it would track for you before you sign.

How long does SEO take to show results for a freight forwarder or 3PL?

Technical fixes can show movement within weeks, and buyer content builds over months two to four. BThrust reports its PAL Line results within three months. AI answers tend to follow once the site is clearly readable and confirmed by other sources. Be wary of any agency that promises a ranking or an AI recommendation by a fixed date.

What do logistics buyers ask AI assistants before shortlisting a provider?

Shippers ask for a forwarder on a specific lane, with a specific mode, certification or commodity. Operations teams compare 3PLs on warehousing, fulfilment and distribution. Forwarders buying software ask about customs filing, rate management, tracking and integrations, or simply ask for “the best freight forwarding software for mid-market companies”. Each of those questions needs a page on your site that answers it directly.

What makes Novastacks different from other AI SEO agencies for logistics?

Three differences. First, we publish how our method works: senior operators direct Novastacks AI Search OS across four layers, from what goes in to what you get. Second, the work is operator led: founder Tina Chu (18+ years at Tencent, Expedia, Klook, Traveloka and Cabital) leads it, with Head of AEO Eki Riandra, a Google Product Expert. Third, each programme is configured per market and per language, in English and Chinese, across APAC.
