When you submit a form on our site (such as the Free AEO Audit or Contact form), we collect:

- Your website URL
- Your message or description of your AEO concern
- Your selected target market
- Whether you consented to marketing emails, and when
We also use Google reCAPTCHA v3 for bot protection, which may collect technical data (IP address, browser info) as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Why we collect it
- To deliver your audit report — We need your email and website to generate and send the AEO audit you requested.
- To send marketing emails — Only if you checked the consent box. We may send occasional emails about AEO insights, case studies, and our services.
- To respond to inquiries — If you use the contact form, we use your info to reply.
- To prevent abuse — reCAPTCHA and rate limiting protect the service from bots.
Who processes your data
Your data is processed by Novastacks and stored with the following third-party services:
- Google Sheets — Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet
- Resend — Used to send transactional and marketing emails
- Google reCAPTCHA — Bot protection on forms
- Railway — Web hosting
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as needed to provide services or until you request deletion. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or request removal.

You have the right to:

- Correction — Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — Ask us to delete your data
