A Singapore property agency competes for search attention with portals that list more homes than any agency site can, and buyers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews which agent or developer to trust before they open a portal. Many agency pitches to property firms now promise AI search visibility. Very few of those pitches come with a property result you can check, and every page an agent publishes still has to meet the advertising rules of the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). AEO (answer engine optimisation) and GEO (generative engine optimisation) are the work of getting a site quoted and named in AI answers; this list compares the agencies that sell that work to property firms.

Short answer

  • Our pick: Novastacks, for a published method and AI search depth. It is first because this is our list; the rest are ordered by the property evidence on their own pages.
  • Strongest property evidence among the others: BestSEO (a real estate marketing page and a case for an ERA agent reporting $161,000 in commissions from Google Ads and SEO), then Hashmeta (Perennial Real Estate Holdings among its client logos and a workshop for property agents) and Impossible Marketing (testimonials from a Propnex agent and a property site editor).
  • No agency we checked, Novastacks included, publishes a Singapore property case study with AI search results. The one property client result we found, from BestSEO, comes from Google Ads and SEO.
  • If property proof is your first filter, read the evidence column: BestSEO, Hashmeta, Impossible Marketing and Digital Market are the four with any property evidence on their own pages.

1. What is AI SEO and AEO for real estate?

AI SEO for real estate is the work of getting a property agency, developer or project named, and its pages cited, when buyers ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Copilot which agent or developer to trust. It builds on SEO. Google rankings still matter, because AI assistants pull many of their sources from pages that already rank well.

You will also see it called AEO (answer engine optimisation) or GEO (generative engine optimisation). Agencies use different names for the same work, so this page uses each agency's own term.

How AI search changes real estate marketing in Singapore

The rules come first. Property marketing in Singapore is regulated by the Council for Estate Agencies, and its Practice Guidelines on Ethical Advertising (PG 2/2011), listed on CEA's practice guidelines and circulars page, are explicit about the web: "As a general principle, all regulations and policies respecting advertising apply equally to the Internet." For anyone writing or building pages for an agency, four parts of that document shape the work:

  • Identification on every page. On agency websites, property portals and other marketing sites, "The name and contact number as registered with CEA, and the licence and registration numbers of the estate agent and salesperson must be correctly and clearly stated". Social profiles used for estate agency work must show the licence and registration numbers too.
  • No unproven expertise. Claims of expertise or success rate must be backed by verifiable facts, so "there shall not be any use of dubious or misleading words and phrases like ‘King of xx (name of location or area)’, ‘Mr xx (name of location or area)’, ‘Specialist’ and ‘Expert’." Neighbourhood pages written for AI answers have to make the case with facts and sources.
  • Sourced market claims. "Any claim of property market trend or movement or economic forecast shall be substantiated by statistics from reliable sources such as from a government agency’s reports." General market information on a website must carry a "last updated" notation.
  • Current listings. Expired listings "shall be immediately removed from websites or as soon as practicable". The same pages that waste crawl budget are also a compliance risk.

CEA enforces these rules. In a CEA case study published on 7 March 2024, a salesperson was fined $14,000 and suspended for 5 months after advertising new launch prices far below the prices the developers had provided. An AI answer that quotes an inaccurate price from an agency page repeats the error to every buyer who asks.

The questions buyers and firms ask. The real estate searches for which our own site appeared in Google Search Console and in Bing's report of queries that grounded AI answers show what property firms and buyers type:

  • "seo services for real estate" and "aeo vs seo for real estate which matters more": firms comparing the two disciplines before hiring.
  • "which singapore property portal is considered the market leader and how does it compare to other major sites?" and "what is the top singapore focused real estate website and how does it stack up against alternative property platforms?": comparison questions written the way people talk to an AI assistant, answered with portal names.
  • "AEO tools for real estate companies" (Bing grounding): firms looking for software as well as agencies.

Portals dominate the answers to portal questions. An agency or developer earns its place in the questions around the listing: districts, buy or rent decisions, new launches and which agent to trust.

What an agency has to handle for a property client.

  1. Crawl hygiene: expired listings, filter URLs and pagination, so search engines and AI crawlers reach the pages that earn enquiries.
  2. Entity data: agency and agent details, including CEA registration details, consistent across the site, portals and social profiles.
  3. Pages that answer district, decision and new launch questions, with dated figures from named sources such as government reports.
  4. Copy review against PG 2/2011 before publication, with no "Specialist" or "Expert" claims.
  5. Reporting per AI engine, because ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite different pages.

How is AI SEO and AEO measured for real estate?

Three measures cover most of what a buyer needs to know. Ask any agency to report all three, for each AI assistant, every month.

MeasureWhat it showsExample
AI Visibility RateHow often an AI assistant names your brand in its answer, across the buyer questions you trackIf ChatGPT names the agency in 7 of 20 tracked district and new launch questions, the AI Visibility Rate on ChatGPT is 35%. This is an illustrative example and not data from a client.
AI Citation RateHow often the answer links to, or quotes, a page on your website as a sourceAn assistant can quote an agency's neighbourhood page and still name a portal or another agency in the answer, so track both measures side by side.
AI performance in Search Console and BingImpressions and queries reported by the search engines themselvesGoogle Search Console has a Generative AI performance report with impressions from AI Overviews and AI Mode. Bing Webmaster Tools shows the queries where Copilot and Bing AI answers used the agency's pages. Both are free and come from the search engines themselves.

AI answers change from one run to the next, so each question should be checked several times and reported as a range.

2. The best AI SEO & AEO agencies for real estate in Singapore: at a glance

Where a cell says "not published", we looked on the agency's site and found no price.

How these agencies were chosen and ordered

We looked at every agency through the same five criteria, using only each agency's own pages, checked in October 2026:

  1. Real estate proof. A named property case study with results is the strongest evidence, then named property clients or testimonials, then a property service page or guide. A list of industries that includes real estate counts as general only. BestSEO publishes a named property client result from Google Ads and SEO; no agency we checked, Novastacks included, publishes one with AI search results.
  2. AI search capability (AEO and GEO). Whether AEO or GEO is offered at all, and whether the agency describes its process, names the AI engines it works on, names a tracking tool or reports on where the brand is named.
  3. Singapore presence. Whether a full Singapore street address appears on the agency's own site, or only a postal code or a mailing address.
  4. Transparency of method and pricing. Whether the agency publishes how the AI search work is done and what search work costs.
  5. Evidence quality. Whether the evidence is data a reader can inspect on a public page, or client names, logos, testimonials and results reported by the agency itself.

How the order was set. Novastacks is first because this is our list and our pick, and we say so here. The other nine are ordered by the strength of their published real estate evidence, then by their AI search capability, then by evidence quality, with alphabetical order where those are level. Real estate evidence uses the levels in criterion 1. BestSEO is the only agency with a named property client result, so it is second. Hashmeta (a property client logo) and Impossible Marketing (property testimonials) come next; they are level on evidence; Hashmeta comes first on AI search capability, with a published method (CITE) and per engine tracking on its Hashmeta AI site. Digital Market follows with a property guide and an unnamed property agent site. The five whose evidence is general only come after. For AI search capability we count three signals from criterion 2: a described process, named AI engines, and a named tracking tool or reporting on where the brand is named. Canlah AI and Stridec show all three (Canlah AI reports a monthly retest of how often AI names the brand), so they appear in alphabetical order. OOm (engines and a tracking dashboard) shows two. Construct Digital and Rankpage name AI engines only, so they follow in alphabetical order.

The evidence level column in the at a glance table summarises the first criterion for each agency, and every entry below links the pages behind it.

All 10 agencies

Novastacks is first and uses its own card. Every other entry has the same parts: what the agency does, its real estate evidence, who it suits, its pricing and one limitation. Quotes come from the agency's own pages, linked where they first appear.

1Novastacks Operator-led. Agent-powered.

Novastacks homepage
Novastacks homepage. Visit site →

Best for: property agencies, developers and proptech teams that want a senior engagement lead and a documented method. The real estate AEO, GEO and SEO services in Singapore page sets out the work for agencies, agents and new launches.

What's distinctive: SEO and AEO run as one programme on a published method. Senior marketing operators direct Novastacks AI Search OS, the proprietary agentic system Novastacks built for AI search, so one team brings senior judgment and execution at scale. Founder Tina Chu spent 18+ years leading growth at Tencent, Expedia, Klook, Traveloka and Cabital; Head of AEO Eki Riandra is a Google Product Expert.

Engagement model: a senior engagement lead sets priorities, checks the work and is accountable for it. Each programme is configured per market and per language, in English and Chinese, with its own set of buyer questions.

Real estate evidence: No published real estate case study yet. The real estate service page describes the work for agencies, agents and new launches; it does not prove results. What we can point to is published research: the AI Search Is Three Channels study tracked Google AI Overview, ChatGPT and Perplexity across 500 queries and found that 94.2% of cited pages appeared in exactly one engine, with no page cited by all three. That finding is why reporting per engine matters for a property brand.

Watch outs: we do not publish prices; you get a quote after the free audit. There is no published real estate case study yet.

How the method works

Four layers, each feeding the next: what goes in, what determines your AEO strategy and tactics, what gets built, and what you get. Read The Novastacks Methodology.

2BestSEO (Best Marketing Agency): lead generation sites for property agents

BestSEO homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. BestSEO trades as Best Marketing Agency. Its founder writes, "I started Best Marketing Agency in 2019", and the site says it has "served more than 200 clients across 43 industries". Its headline claims written guarantees and "S$51M+ In Tracked Client Revenue". Its AI search position is that Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini draw their answers from the same pool of strong ranking pages, so its AI search work runs through SEO.

Singapore presence, stated plainly. Its contact page says the address at 11 North Buona Vista Drive, The Metropolis Tower Two, is a mailing address only, and that the team works fully remote with no visitors or meetings at that address.

Real estate evidence. A dedicated real estate marketing page written to agents: "You are a real estate agent in Singapore spending $500/month on PropertyGuru ads while competing with 30,000 other agents. You need your own digital presence that generates buyer and seller leads directly to you." Both figures are BestSEO's own framing. Its portfolio page has a property case for Emmanuel Chiang, "a property agent at ERA Singapore": a system "centred on Google Ads and SEO", with "Revenue generated: $161,000 in commissions" on an "Investment: $11,200".

Best for: property agents who want their own lead generation site so they depend less on portal advertising.

Pricing: its pricing page lists "Search Engine Optimisation From $2,800 /month", and its GEO and AEO page says GEO and AEO retainers "start at $3,800 per month".

Limitation: a mailing address with a remote team, and its property result mixes Google Ads with SEO, with no AI search figures.

3Hashmeta: search plus Xiaohongshu and TikTok for developers

Hashmeta homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. Hashmeta says: "Our teams combine SEO, GEO and AEO for search, Xiaohongshu and TikTok for social, and KOL and KOC programmes for creators". It also runs a training arm: "Hashmeta Academy offers the CITE certification, workshops and events on AI search, GEO and social visibility." Its homepage gives its Singapore office as 30A Kallang Place #11-08/09, Singapore 339213.

Real estate evidence. Perennial Real Estate Holdings appears among the client logos on its homepage. Its workshops page lists an "AI Website & CRM Workshop for Property Agents", 4 hours at US$240. None of the 17 brands on its case studies page is a property firm, and hashmeta.com/industries/real-estate returned a 404.

Best for: property developers and groups that want search work combined with Xiaohongshu, TikTok and creator programmes.

Pricing: its pricing page lists managed SEO, AEO and GEO retainers at US$1,500, US$5,000 or US$10,000 a month, with a 12 month minimum.

Limitation: the property evidence is a client logo and a workshop, with no published account of property client work.

4Impossible Marketing: long established local agency with property testimonials

Impossible Marketing homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. Impossible Marketing says it is "Proudly 100% locally owned" and has "been helping Singapore businesses grow since 2012", with a headline claim of "2000+ Clients Since 2012". It describes its search work as "combining traditional SEO with innovations like Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)", and says SMEs are eligible for up to 50% business grant support for its digital marketing package. Ask which grant scheme that support falls under before you count on it. Its homepage gives its office as 14A Yan Kit Road, Singapore 088266.

Real estate evidence. Three items, none of them a paid client result. A testimonial from James of Propnex after he attended its SEO mastery course. A compliment from the editor of Propertybuyer.com.sg: "I have seen Alan grow website ranks in an efficient and yet ethical way. He doesn’t cut corner." And a post that DualKeyCondo.com reached number 1 on Google, a niche property site built by a student, undated and not a paid client.

Best for: property agents and small agencies that want a long established local agency with AI SEO and grant support.

Pricing: its homepage FAQ gives general Singapore cost ranges (SEO from $1,500 a month for SMEs; $3,000+ for finance or legal); it does not state its own package price.

Limitation: its property evidence is testimonials and a student project, with no paid property client result.

5Digital Market: CEA advertising knowledge and a published entry price

Digital Market homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. Digital Market says it runs "SEO, AEO and GEO for AI search, Google Ads and social media campaigns for Singapore and Malaysian businesses". It describes itself as "a Singapore digital marketing agency founded in 2022 by Carl Huang, who has 18 years in digital marketing", and gives its address as 120 Robinson Road, Singapore 068913. For clients in all sectors, it reports 75 non branded Google rankings on page one, 38 of them in the top three, measured with Keyword.com on 21 October 2026.

Real estate evidence. Its guide to digital marketing for property agents opens with the rule that matters most in this sector: "Property agents in Singapore advertise under CEA’s Practice Guidelines on Ethical Advertising, which apply to websites, portals, social media and online ads." Digital Market also publishes its own ranking of SEO agencies for property, which places itself first and says: "This is our own agency, so weigh this entry accordingly." The same list says Digital Market built a property agent's personal brand site, with new launch mentorship pages and an investment case study; the client is not named and no ranking result is given.

Best for: property agents who want SEO, AEO and GEO from a team that already writes about CEA advertising rules, with a published entry price.

Pricing: "SEO Basic S$980/month", described as for "Smaller sites and local businesses".

Limitation: no property client result is published, and its property agency list is self ranked, as this one is.

6Canlah AI: GEO run against a fixed pool of buyer questions

Canlah AI homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. Canlah AI describes itself as "a premium SEO + GEO (generative engine optimization) agency in Singapore". Its method: every engagement runs "a locked pool of real buyer questions" on the AI platforms in the chosen plan, then "engineers your brand into the answers". The company details on its homepage read CANLAH AI PTE. LTD., UEN 202612231Z, 15 Sin Ming Walk, Singapore 575581.

Real estate evidence. None found. Its homepage names no property client, project or page.

Best for: businesses that want GEO measured against a fixed set of buyer questions.

Pricing: published on its homepage: Starter from $1,500 a month (for a single product in a single market, on ChatGPT) and Growth from $3,000 a month (ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews).

Limitation: its cases page covers anonymised diagnostics for restaurants, an education franchise, a marketing software company and consumer AI apps, none of them property.

7Stridec: done for you GEO at a published monthly price

Stridec homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. Stridec calls itself a "GEO/SEO Agency with Proven Methodology to Get Your Brand Cited in AI Search" and describes the work in one sentence: "We find the questions your customers ask Google and ChatGPT, publish content built to be cited, and report monthly on where you are named." Its site's structured data gives the address 114 Lavender Street, CT Hub 2, #11-83, Singapore 338729.

Real estate evidence. None on its own site beyond its list of SEO agencies for property and real estate, which ranks Stridec first. We found no property client or case study, and the address stridec.com/industries/real-estate returned a 404. That list names agencies and growth figures we could not verify, so none of them are repeated here.

Best for: brands that want a done for you GEO programme with monthly reporting and a published starting price.

Pricing: GEO "from S$2,500 a month", published on its homepage.

Limitation: no property evidence of any kind, so a property buyer is relying on the general method.

8OOm: SEO plus GEO with its own tracking dashboard

OOm homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. OOm sells "SEO + GEO" and its own dashboard, SEOCloud, which it describes as bringing SEO insights and campaign management into one place with GEO analysis across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overview. Its contact page lists 1 Grange Road, Orchard Building, Level 7, Singapore 239693.

Real estate evidence. None found. Its case studies cover SMEs such as Fresh Laundry and Swee Heng Bakery, and oom.com.sg/industries/real-estate returned a 404.

Best for: businesses that want an established agency running SEO plus GEO with a proprietary tracking dashboard.

Pricing: not published. OOm has a blog post about SEO pricing but no rate for its own service.

Limitation: no property case study, so the fit for a property firm is untested on its own pages.

9Construct Digital: SEO and GEO for enterprise B2B

Construct Digital homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. Construct Digital positions itself in three sentences: "SEO and GEO for enterprise B2B. Your buyers search Google and ask ChatGPT. We make sure you're in both answers." Its contact page gives a Singapore 338729 address.

Real estate evidence. None found. Its case studies include Duke-NUS, NUSS and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Best for: enterprise B2B firms; property buyers would be testing a fit its own pages do not show.

Pricing: its IMPACT B2B campaign programme is listed "from SGD 20,000" for a one time build.

Limitation: no property work on its own pages, and its focus is B2B, so agents selling homes to consumers sit outside its stated market.

10Rankpage: GEO focused agency with a Chinatown Point office

Rankpage homepage
Homepage, captured October 2026

What they do. Rankpage calls itself Singapore's GEO agency and says it helps brands get cited inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. It claims to be "Backed by 10+ years of expertise". Its contact page lists 133 New Bridge Road #08-01, Chinatown Point, Singapore 059413.

Real estate evidence. A mention only. Its other domain, rankpage.sg, says: "Whether you’re in ecommerce, healthcare, fintech, education, or real estate, our company plans are tailored to your business type", and offers an industry selector labelled "Property / Big Ticket". No property case study was found.

Best for: property businesses that want a GEO focused agency with a Chinatown Point office.

Pricing: its SEO packages page lists "Growth SGD 1,599 /Monthly Fee", rising to "Dominate SGD 2,899+".

Limitation: real estate appears in a list of industries, with no property client or result behind it.

3. How much does AI SEO & AEO cost for real estate in Singapore?

Only prices the agencies publish themselves are listed here. We did not estimate ranges.

AgencyPublished priceWhat it covers
Digital MarketS$980/month"SEO Basic", for "Smaller sites and local businesses" (entry 5)
Canlah AIFrom $1,500 a month; Growth from $3,000 a month"Starter": a single product in a single market, on ChatGPT; "Growth": ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews (entry 6)
StridecFrom S$2,500 a monthGEO programme (entry 7)
RankpageFrom SGD 1,599/monthSEO packages: Growth, Agressive (its spelling) and Dominate from SGD 2,899+ (entry 10)
BestSEOFrom $2,800/monthSearch Engine Optimisation; GEO and AEO retainers start at $3,800 a month (entry 2)
HashmetaUS$1,500, US$5,000 or US$10,000 a monthManaged SEO, AEO and GEO retainers, 12 month minimum (entry 3)

Novastacks, OOm and Construct Digital publish no price we could find for their search work. Impossible Marketing's homepage FAQ gives general Singapore cost ranges (SEO from $1,500 a month for SMEs; $3,000+ for finance or legal); it does not state its own package price. When you compare quotes, compare what each fee buys: the number of pages, the technical work, the AI engines reported on and the reporting frequency.

4. How to choose an AI SEO & AEO agency for real estate

Factors to consider

Use this checklist on any agency, including the ones on this page.

  • Property proof you can check. Ask for one property page they built, the query it answers, and the date it first appeared in Google or an AI answer. Few agencies here publish one, so the answer in the meeting is the evidence.
  • CEA handling. Ask who checks licence and registration numbers on every page and profile, and who signs off market claims and their sources.
  • Engines named. Ask which AI engines they report on, and whether each engine is reported separately.
  • Who does the work. Ask who sets the strategy, who writes, and who answers for the result.
  • Price in writing. Ask for the monthly fee, what it includes and the minimum term. Six agencies here publish a starting price for search work.
  • Office or mailing address. If you want to meet in person, ask whether the address is an office. BestSEO states that its address is a mailing address.

Questions to ask in the first call

  1. Which of our district, project and decision questions do AI assistants answer today, and who do they name?
  2. What will you fix on our site in the first month, and how will we see it?
  3. How will you keep our pages within the CEA advertising guidelines?
  4. How do you report AI search results: per engine, per question, and how often?
  5. What do we keep if we stop working together?

Red flags

  • Results shown as a client logo or a testimonial only, with no figure, period or data source.
  • A promised ranking date or a promised place in AI answers, because answers change from one run to the next.
  • No report per AI engine, so you cannot see where the brand is named and where it is not.
  • No written scope or monthly fee, and no mention of CEA advertising rules when the agency writes your pages.

5. Free tools to check any agency's work

Do not take any agency's word for its AEO results. Run your property brand, or an agency's existing client, through these free tools first. Each one produces a one time report.

  • Free AEO Checker: scores a homepage out of 100 in under 60 seconds with no email, on AI crawler access, page structure, schema markup and citation quality.
  • Free AI Visibility Tracker: tests 30 to 50 buyer prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overview and delivers a report in 48 hours.
  • Free AEO Audit: checks whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews recommend your brand and emails the report in 48 hours.

6. FAQ

What are the best AI SEO and AEO agencies for real estate in Singapore?

Our list, in order: Novastacks, BestSEO, Hashmeta, Impossible Marketing, Digital Market, Canlah AI, Stridec, OOm, Construct Digital and Rankpage. Novastacks is first because this is our list and our pick. BestSEO is second because it publishes the only property client result we found, for an ERA agent, from Google Ads and SEO with no AI search figures, so give the real estate evidence column the most weight if property proof matters to you.

How much does SEO cost for a property agent in Singapore?

Six agencies on this list publish a price for search work: Digital Market SEO Basic at S$980 a month, Rankpage from SGD 1,599, BestSEO from $2,800, Canlah AI GEO from $1,500, Hashmeta from US$1,500 and Stridec GEO from S$2,500 a month. Impossible Marketing's homepage FAQ gives only general Singapore cost ranges. Ask every agency for the scope in writing.

AEO vs SEO for real estate: which matters more?

A property agency needs both, and the order matters. SEO gets neighbourhood, project and decision pages crawled, indexed and ranking. AEO shapes those same pages so ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews can quote them and name the agency. Start with crawl and indexing health, then build pages that answer the questions buyers ask before they contact an agent.

What advertising rules apply to a property agent's website?

The Council for Estate Agencies says its advertising rules apply equally to the internet, including websites, portals and social media. Advertisements on agency websites and property portals must state the name and contact number registered with CEA plus the licence and registration numbers. Claims of expertise need verifiable facts, so words such as Specialist and Expert are out, and market trend claims need reliable sources such as government reports.

Can a property agent's website outrank PropertyGuru and other portals?

For listing searches, plan on the portals holding the top results, because they carry far larger inventories. The realistic targets are the questions around a listing: neighbourhood life, buy or rent decisions, new launch research and which agent to trust. AI assistants answer those questions too, and an agency page with local knowledge and named sources can be quoted beside the portals.

How long does SEO or AEO take to show results for a property site?

Treat any promised ranking date with care. Technical fixes such as removing expired listings take effect when search engines recrawl the site. New neighbourhood and project pages need time to be indexed, earn links and appear in AI answers. Ask for monthly reporting per AI engine so you can see early movement.

What AEO tools exist for real estate companies?

Several agencies on this list run their own tracking. OOm offers SEOCloud with GEO analysis across ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overview, Canlah AI runs a locked pool of buyer questions on AI platforms, and Novastacks uses Proof Loop inside Novastacks AI Search OS to track whether AI engines cite and recommend a brand. Our guide to the best AEO tools for 2026 covers standalone software.

Which agency suits a solo property agent and which suits a developer?

A solo agent or small team usually needs a low entry price and a simple scope: Digital Market's S$980 a month SEO plan and BestSEO's lead generation sites for agents are aimed at that buyer. Developers and property groups need larger programmes: Hashmeta pairs search with Xiaohongshu and TikTok, Construct Digital focuses on enterprise B2B, and Novastacks runs a senior led AEO, GEO and SEO engagement.

What's the difference between AI SEO, AEO, GEO and AIO?

They overlap almost completely. AI SEO is the broad term most buyers search for. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) means being the answer an AI assistant gives, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the same idea named after generative AI, and AIO usually means optimising for Google's AI Overviews only. For a property firm, what matters is whether the agency reports which buyer questions name the brand in each assistant.

What makes Novastacks different from other AI SEO agencies for real estate?

Three differences. First, we publish how our method works: senior operators direct Novastacks AI Search OS across four layers, from what goes in to what you get. Second, founder Tina Chu and Head of AEO Eki Riandra, a Google Product Expert, lead the work. Third, each programme is configured per market and language. We have no published real estate case study yet.
